Dear Madam Mayor Lee Soo Hee

Considering the twinning between the cities of Segovia and Gangdong-gu and the visit of a business delegation from Segovia to the Korean city council, now the Korean delegation will visit Segovia.

Thus, in coordination with the City Council, the agenda has been finalised for them to visit the City Council on October 1st at 12:30, where they will be received by the Mayor of Segovia and there will be an exchange of gifts and an official reception.

This will be followed by a lunch between the Korean delegation and municipal institutions (Mayor, invited Councillors whose attendance is at the discretion of the City Council if they consider it appropriate).

The companies organising this event will cover their own costs and those of the Korean delegation at the Cándido Restaurant.

We would like to confirm the number of people attending this fraternal twinning meal on behalf of the City Council.

We believe that the presence during the meal of the Mayor, May and José Luis Horcajo would be productive for the city itself. Since, among the guests, in addition to the authorities of the Gangdong gu district, there are Korean businessmen who might be interested in investing in our city. Some of them have companies with more than 1,500 workers.
